摘要
采用一种套筒电极和分段曝光新技术,在一米平面光栅摄谱测得女贞子样品中含有27种微量元素。本研究为女贞子药效提供科学依据,也给其它中草药微量元素提供一个切实可行的测试方法。
Spectral analysis of Ligustrum licidum Ait showed that it contains manifold trace elements. It contains 27 trace elements, iron(Fe), aluminum(A1), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg), barium(Ba), beryllium(Be), manganese(Mn), zirc-onium(Zr), titanium(Ti), lead(Pb), tin(Sn), gallium(Ga), chromium(Cr), nickel (Ni), molybdenum(Mo), vanadium(V), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), cobalt(Co), stro-ntium(Sr), Ianthanum(La), silver(Ag), boron(B), silicon(Si), phosphorus (P) , potassium(K)and sodium(Na). The Ligustrum Lucidum Ait contains 10 inorganic, composition iron(Fe), calcium(Ca), manganese(Mn), nickel(Ni),molybdenum(Mo) vanadium(V), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), cobalt(Co), chromium(Cr), which are necessary for human bodies.
