摘要
针对现有堵漏机构存在的堵漏速度慢、经济性差、工人劳动强度大等缺陷和不足,研制了一种新型顶压式快速夹紧堵漏装置。这种堵漏装置主要由本体机构、顶压机构和锁紧机构3部分组成,其特点是整个装置安装和拆卸快捷,顶压操作方便,堵漏效率高,作业时间短,工人劳动强度小,堵漏作业的自动化水平高,适用于长输管道的不停产带压堵漏。现场试验表明,该装置设计合理、结构简单、性能可靠、操作简便、堵漏效果好、经济效益可观,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
In consideration of the disadvantages of conventional leakage plugging devices, which include low efficiency, poor benefits and great labor intensity for worker, a new leakage plugging device for transportation pipeline is developed. The device is made up of the body with upper and lower slips, top pressure mechanism and locking mechanism. It is characterized by rapid installation and disassembling, high operation efficiency, low labor intensity for worker, and high automatization. It is especially suitable for leakage control under pressure. The field tests show that the new leakage plugging device has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, easy operation, considerable economic benefit, and wide prospects of application.
