摘要
煤矿许可证照的颁发及管理工作是煤炭行业行政许可制度的基础环节。当前,我国煤矿行政许可证照的设置、颁发及管理存在一些问题,必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,健全完善煤矿许可证照制度,促进煤炭工业健康发展。
The issuing and administration of coal mine licenses are the foundation for administrative license system of coal sector. At present, there are many serious issues existed in establishing, issuing and administrating of coal mine license. Something must be done under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development to perfect the system of coal mine license, and promoting the healthy development of coal industry.
