摘要
根据Jeffcott转子的碰摩原理,在线性碰摩微分方程的基础上,基于Hertz弹性接触理论描述非线性碰摩力,建立了非线性碰摩模型,对线性模型和Hertz模型进行了比较。鉴于汽轮机碰摩位置的碰摩半径、材料都不相同,利用Hertz模型研究的不同刚度下的碰摩动力响应对判断碰摩位置有指导意义。
Based on Hertz contact theory, a Jeffcott non-linear rub-impact rotor model was established by improving the linear equation and studied the difference of dynamic response between linear and non-linear model. The responses of different stiffness were presented in the paper, as the rub-impact positions have different radius and material, the conclusion has guiding significance on rub-impact position diagnosis.
