摘要
目的:通过观察糖尿病大鼠糖代谢及胰岛素分泌功能的改变及运动训练对其影响,探讨运动训练改善糖尿病大鼠糖代谢紊乱的作用。方法:将实验大鼠分为糖尿病非运动组、糖尿病运动组、正常对照组。糖尿病运动组大鼠进行水温34~36℃,每次40~90分钟,每周5次,共6~7周的游泳训练,训练后处死取血测试血液生化指标;其他两组不进行游泳训练6~7周后与运动组处理相同。结果:糖尿病大鼠血糖浓度明显升高,血胰岛素及血C肽浓度明显降低;糖尿病运动组大鼠经运动训练后,与非运动组相比,血糖浓度下降,日摄水量减少,日体重量增加,血C肽浓度升高。结论:运动训练能增强糖尿病大鼠胰岛素分泌功能,从而改善糖代谢紊乱。
Objective:To evaluate and investigate the effect of exercise training on improving glucose metabolism and insulin secretive function in diabetic rats.Methods:The experimental diabetic rats were divided into nonexercise training group,exercise training group and normal control group.In exercise training group,the rats were trained with swimming in 3436℃ water,4090min/per time,for 67 weeks.The others were not swimming training.Results:The level of blood glucose decreased and blood Cpeptide content increased in exercise training rats.There was a significant difference between the exercise group and nonexercise group.Moreover,the rats of exercise group reduced daily drinking water and gained more bodyweight.Conclusion:It is indicated that the exercise training may enhance the insulin secretive function and improve the glucose metabolism for diabetic rats.
