摘要
在改革开放的新形势下,涉外医疗服务市场迅速扩大,北京市的大医院纷纷挂出外宾门诊、外宾急诊或外宾病房的牌子,中外合资、合作的医疗门诊部也开始兴起。在涉外医疗服务迅速发展的过程中,也存在着一些亟待解决的问题,卫生行政部门应对其加强管理,严格审批、审核制度,理顺管理程序;涉外医疗服务机构也应完善内部管理,在此基础上拓展外向型的服务方式。
In this new era of Reform and Open up, the medical service market related with foreigners is undergoing dramatic expansion. Quite a number of big hospitals in Beijing, one after another, have been providing outpatient service, emergency care and wards specifically for foreign patients. Meanwhile, medical service institutions, cosponsored by Chinese and foreign parties, are also springing up. Some urgent problems, however, are in need of resolving with the fast developing of this new market. It is important for the health administration authorities to enhance and improve their management and to deal with the inspection, review and approval procedures for related hospitals and institutions in a more strict way. These hospitals and institutions, on the other hand, should take action to better their inner management if they want a bigger share in the foreigner related medical service market.
