细枝木麻黄苗期施氮初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究细枝木麻黄对氮素的要求,按0.0,0.4,1.0,1.6,2.0gN/pot5个水平进行施肥试验。细枝木麻黄的固氮指标随着氮水平的增加而下降,适宜施氮对苗木的苗高、地径、生物量积累有促进作用,以0.4gN/pot为宜,在0.4到1.6gN/pot之间,这些生长指标差异不显著,超过1.6gN/pot时,生长量下降。苗木的光合、呼吸速率和叶绿素含量,适量施氮后都有所提高,以每盆施氮0、4到1.0g为宜。 Casuarina ( C.cunninghamiana Miq ) seedlings were raised from seeds and grown in pot culture at five levels of N supply. 0.0, 0.4, 1.0, 1.6, and 2.0g/pot. The main trail results are as follows: 1, Nodule numbers NFA activity and nodulation rate decreased with the increasing levels of the N supply. 2, With the increasing of N supply from 0.0 to 1.0 g N/pot, there were greater height,stem basal diameters and dry weight of seedlings. While with, inc-reasing levels of N supply from 1.0 to 2.0 g N/pot, the seedling growth decr-eased. 3, When the N supply was between 0.4 to 1.0 g N/pot, the chlorophyll contents, net photosynthesis rate and respiratory rate of seedlings were higher than the seedlings grown in the pot of N supply from 0.0 to 0.4 and 1.0 to 2.0 g N/pot.
