摘要
采用生理盐水湿敷，以预防输注１，６－ＦＤＰ过程中局部疼痛，并与采用利多卡因外敷法进行对照，结果无显著差异，而止痛作用时间缩短了１．５ｍｉｎ。建议，先用生理盐水湿敷２ｍｉｎ后再输注１，６－ＦＤＰ。此法作用快，既减少了药物产生的副反应。
The hydropathic compress with normal saline was used to prevent the local pain during infusion of 1,6-FDP,and compared with external application of lidocain. No difference was found between both,while the pain-relieving time shortened 1.5 min in the former.It is suggested that before infusion of 1,6-FDP the hydropathic compress with normal saline be used.This procedure has less side effect and is more rapid and economical.
