摘要
对１９９６年５月至１０月剖宫产产妇１２１例及阴道分娩产妇１９２例初乳及过渡乳的含钙量进行测试分析。结果显示：两种方式分娩的产妇初乳含钙量均明显低于过渡乳含钙量（Ｐ＜０．００１），而初乳含钙量及过渡乳含钙量比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Analysis of calcium content in colostrum and transitional milk was carried out in 121 parturients with cesarean section or vaginal delivery during May to October,1996.Results showed that the calcium content in colostrum of all parturients was than in transitional milk(P<0.001),while the calcium contents had no difference between colostrum and transitional milk(P>0.05).It suggests that the gravida pay attention to the supplement with calcium-containing diet.
