ＣＩ战略在国外已被推行到经营管理的诸环节，受到企业界的高度重视和推崇。医院作为经营福利型事业单位，同样面临着市场经济的冲击，医院要在激烈的竞争中立于不败，就必须突出自身形象，有必要将ＣＩ战略导入医院管理，把ＭＩ、ＢＩ和ＶＩ导入医院护理管理中。相信，通过ＣＩ战略在护理管理中的运用，医院护理质量将再上新台阶。
