基于FWD检测的公路桥台搭板脱空灌浆法处理

摘要 随着国民经济的迅速发展,近年来我国高速公路建设迅猛增长,从目前已建成的公路使用情况分析,桥头跳车是较为普遍的病害问题;以日东高速公路为例,总结了利用FWD检测桥头搭板基层脱空的方法,提出了灌浆法处理公路搭板脱空的关键检测技术问题,通过灌浆现场试验得到了可行的灌浆工艺和检测方法。工程实践表明,该方法取得了很好的实用效果,有效地指导了公路大修施工。 With the national economy development quickly, the highway construction is increasing fast in recent years. But some common faults in these constructed , such as the jump at the bridge head is universal and typical. In this paper, to use Ridong Highway for experiment, the key technique for grouting treatment of cavity under bridge end transition slab with based on PWD was put forward and discussed. The feasible grouting techics and monitoring method was worked out by the field test. The practice indicates that it is effective for highway overhaul.
