摘要
本文利用自装的臭氧发生器产生臭氧作为自由基引发剂,成功地交联了用SE-30,SE-54和含氰硅油(氰乙基甲基聚硅氧烷)作为固定相的玻璃毛细管色谱柱。本法分二步进行;第一步用常规方法制备合格的柱子;第二步将柱通入臭氧进行交联。对交联前后的柱性能进行了评价和对比,方法简单结果满意。
Ozone, generated from a self-assembled ozone generator was effectively used as a free radical initiator to immobilize the stationary phase (SE-30, SE-54 & cyanoethyl-methylpolysiloxane) coated on glass capillary column. The column was first prepared with conventional method, and the tested and qualified column was then purged with ozone-oxygen mixture at room temperature and then for the latter two phases immobilized at elevated temperature. Column performance before and after immobilization were tested and compared. The immobilization efficiency is nearly 90% for the former two phases and 70% for the last phase. This cross-linking method is simple to operate and yields satisfactory results.
