摘要
MM-Z180Ⅱ型轴承试验机,是试金集团专为用户研制设计的大型精密仪器设备。该试验机用于模拟石油钻井用钻头的轴承使用情况,并自动测试、记录试样在各试验条件下的寿命及其它重要技术参数。主要用于油用钻头的轴承寿命试验、承载试验和润滑脂配比试验等。由于此前开发的轴承试验机存在转速低、噪音大、装配难度大以及控制不稳定等情况。就这些问题,在原有试验机的基础上,开发研制了MM-Z180Ⅱ型轴承试验机。进一步完善了轴承试验机的结构性能和操控程序,提高了试验机的技术指标,提升了轴承试验机的整体性能。本文就如何改进试验机的性能特征做了综合论述;并以该试验机为开发平台,对开发复杂受力情况下的各种试验设备做了详细阐述。
MM-Z180,Bearing testing machine is a special large precision instrument, which was designed by Shijin for its users. This machine often used to simulate the using conditions of bearing in the drill, it can test automatically and recond the bearing life and other important technical parameters within many testing conditions. There is always being existed a lot of questions during the development of the bearing testing machine., such as the lower speed, noise, difficulties in assembling and instability in control system, and so on .In this paper, the authors improved and developed a new bearing testing machine-MM-Z180 Ⅱ, basing on the MM-Z180 bearing testing machine. The performance and the operation procedure of the MM-ZI80 Ⅱ bearing testing machine were perfected, then, the technical index and the whole performance was improved. This paper also analyzed the performance characteristics of the MM-Z180 Ⅱ bearing testing machine, and studied how to develop the new bearing testing machine, basing on the MM-Z180 Ⅱ bearing testing machine, within the complicated force situations.
