摘要
创新人才的培养是高职院校教育质量和培养水平的体现.高职学生具有创造活动的基础条件,应当从改进教学方式、建立导师队伍、改革实验制度、建立激励机制等方面培养高职学生创新意识和能力.
The training of innovative personnel is the expression of educational quality and cultivating level of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational students possess the basic conditions of creative activities, so their innovative ideas and abilities should be cultivated from the perspectives of improving the teaching mode, establishing the tutorial contingent, revamping the experimental system and instituting the incentive mechanism.
