摘要
以天津市和甘肃省的教师为被试,探讨了教师社会化过程的影响因素结构,形成了《教师社会化影响因素问卷》。结果表明:(1)教师社会化过程主要受学校社会化策略、教师主动社会化策略、同事支持和家长配合四方面因素的影响;(2)《教师社会化影响因素问卷》具有较好的内部一致性信度、结构效度和区分效度,可作为开展相关研究的评定工具。
Previous research on the antecedents of teacher socializations has been largely qualitative studies and paid little attention to personal factors of teachers.From an interactionist perspective by taking both contextual and personal factors into consideration, this study recruited teachers from Tianjin Municipality and Gansu Province as participants, and developed the Influential Factors of Teacher socialization Questionnaire. The results showed that: (1)This questionnaire is of good reliability and construal validity; (2) Four sources of agents have significant impacts on teacher socializations, namely, the organizational socialization tactics from school administrations, the proactive socialization tactics from teachers, support from colleagues, and the cooperation from students' parents . (3)There exist significant correlations among these factors, in that the correlation between the sources of school and colleagues is the strongest while the correlation between the sources of school and teachers is relatively weak. This study has provided insightful implications for future research on the process of teacher socialization.
