摘要
高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指挥者。这支队伍建设得如何、辅导员的自身素质怎样,直接影响着高校素质教育的实施,直接影响高校学生思想教育工作的顺利开展。因此,确保辅导员队伍的相对稳定,提高这支队伍的战斗力和凝聚力,对于高校实现人才培养目标至关重要。
In the institutions of higher education, instructors are the backbone for students＇political and ideological education. They are not only the organizers of the P. I. E. and management of the students＇daily activity, but also executors and directors. Construction of the backbone＇s team and the instructors＇self-qualification will effect directly on the successful development of the P. I. E.. Therefore, to ensure the relative stable of this team and to improve its combating strength and cohesion is important for the success education of university students.
