摘要
党的执政能力建设是党执政后的一项根本建设。建国59年来,党的几代领导集体都十分重视和着力加强党的执政能力建设,取得了一定的成效。新时期党的执政能力建设应树立科学发展的执政理念,强化以人为本的执政意识;完善党的领导方式,创新党的领导方法;提高党员干部的综合素质,增强党员干部的执政本领和加强党风廉政建设,切实遏制腐败现象的蔓延。
The construction of the Party＇s governance capability has been a fundamental construction content after the Party in power. Since the foundation of China, the Party＇s several generations of central collective leadership pay great attention to strengthen the Party＇s governance capability, and achieved some success. In the new period, the Party＇s governance capability should establish a scientific ruling development concept, strengthen the people first ruling awareness, perfect the Party＇s style of leadership, innovate the Partyg leadership methods, improve the comprehensive quality of party members and cadres, strengthen the Party members and cadres＇governance capability. It is also important to improve the Partyg work style and build clean government, and terminate the corruption spread .
