摘要
目的对鼻咽癌患者放疗后进行颈部“米”字操训练，预防颈部软组织纤维化。方法用随机对照研究，将出院的i00例鼻咽癌患者随机分实验组和对照组各50例。实验组给予教会颈部做“米”字操的方法。即以头为笔，不断重复按顺序地写“米”字，头部摆动到最极点为止，心里默念“点、点、横、竖、撇、捺”，每天3～4次，每次写10字不等。结果经患者转颈活动紧松程度的主观感觉统计，X2=8．244，P〈0．05。结论“米”字操训练对鼻咽癌患者放疗后颈部软组织纤维化，有明显的近期预防作用。
Objective To prevent the neck muscle fibrosis for patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy by applying ＂米＂type exercise. Method 100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. ＂米＂type neck rotation exercise was trained in experimental group. , which takes head as a pen writing ＂米＂ repeatedly. Point by point transverse, vertical, fall left stroke and right stroke in turn. The essential point is to avoid speeding. It＇s best to it slowly and relaxed with head rotating. to extreme and thinking simultaneously point, point, transverse vertical, fall left stroke and right stroke. （left down, up-down, clockwise and counter clockwise ）. 3 to 4 times per day, write ten ＂米＂ per time. Result Based on the evaluation of patients subjective feeling of neck rotating, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion ＂米＂type neck rotation exercises was short term effective for prevention of neck muscle fibrosis for patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy.
