摘要
通过Richards方程模拟不同N肥水平和整枝条件下油菜胚干重的动态变化,结果表明:(1)增施N肥明显增加中后期胚重的积累时间和积累量,从而增加了胚增重持续期和最终胚的干重;各期的平均速率都随施氮水平的提高而减少。(2)同一施氮水平下主茎的胚干重均大于分枝。(3)整枝后主要缩短了中后期的时间使得各品种胚增重持续期平均提前4.56d,但各期平均速率和最终干重均明显增加;遮光后胚干重减少了2/3左右。
The dynamic changes of embryo dry weight under different N application and branch removing in Brassica napus L. were imitated by Richards equation. The results showed that: ( 1 ) increasing nitrogen application increased dry matters in middle and late stage of embryo, the total accumulation duration and final dry weight of embryo also increased. The average velocities in different stages decreased as the increasing of N application. (2) The embryo dry weight on the main stem was higher than that on the branches after having applied the same amount of nitrogen. ( 3 ) Through branch removing, the durations of middle and late stage of embryo dry weight were shortened and the total duration was 4.56 days shorter than that of control, but the average velocity of each stage and final embryo dry weight increased noticeably. Through pod shading, the embryo dry weight was reduced approximately by two - thirds.
