摘要
目的探讨两种尿管拔除时机对椎管肿瘤患者术后排尿的影响。方法将60例行椎管肿瘤切除术后留置尿管的患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组在膀胱充盈有强烈尿意时随尿液一起拔除尿管,对照组在排空膀胱后拔除尿管,观察两组患者拔除尿管后排尿的情况。结果观察组自行排尿100%,对照组自行排尿70%。观察组拔除尿管的时机选择优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论膀胱充盈同时有强烈尿意时拔除尿管,患者自行排尿成功率高,为留置尿管拔除的最佳时机。
Objective To investigate the effect on urination by the timing of two extubating method for patients with spinal tumor after operation. Method 60 patients with spinal tumor after operation were randomly divided into observing group and control group, observing group was extubated urinary canal when the patients＇ urinary bladder filling and has strong intention of urination, control group was extubated urinary canal after evacuation of bladder, then the urination was observed and compared between the two groups. Result Self-urination was 100% in observe group and 70% in control group. The timing of extubating in observe group was better than that of control group（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The successful rate of self-urination was high when the patients＇ urinary bladder filling and has strong intention of urination. It was also the best time for extubating indwelling catheter.
