摘要
目的评价临床护理路径(CNP)在鼻内镜手术患者中实施效果。方法74例鼻内镜手术患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组按制定好的临床护理路径表实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作;对照组按常规医疗护理模式工作,比较两组患者的住院日天数和治疗总费用。结果实施临床护理路径后,试验组患者的住院日天数、医疗费用低于对照组,差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论实施临床护理路径可缩短鼻内镜手术患者的住院时间、减少住院费用,医疗服务质量及病人满意度明显提高。
Objective： To evaluate the application of clinical nursing path in patients underwent nasal endoscopic operation. Methods： 74 cases patients underwent nasal endoscopic operation were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group received the daily treatment, care, rehabilitation in accordance with the clinical nursing path table, the control group accepted the conventional model of medical care, then compared the number of days of hospitalization and the total cost of treatment between two groups. Results： The number of days of hospitalization and the total cost of treatment of the experiment group were lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions： The application of clinical nursing path can reduce the days of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization, and can improve the medical service quality and patient satisfaction.
