摘要
在复发性鼻咽癌的化学治疗中，配合“退黑延生汤”内服。结果表明：治疗组生活质量明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗组治疗前后的白细胞数无明显下降（Ｐ＞０．０５）；而对照组则有明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）；两组相比差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组存活时间明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗组与对照组相比，化疗前的ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗后２个月，治疗组的ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ有所升高，而对照组却有下降趋势。认为“退黑延生汤”有明显改善患者生活质量、延长生存时间、增强全身免疫功能和对化疗有增敏作用。
ァ癇lack-withdrawing and Life-prolonging Decoction”was given orally during chemotherapy for recurrent nasopharyngeal cancer. Results showed that the life quality in the treatment group was obviously superior to that in control group(P<0.01). The leukocyte count did not decrease obviously in treatment group (P>0.05) but it did in control group(P<0.01). The difference was highly significant between both groups. The survival time in treatment group was much longer than that in control group(P<0.01). There were no significant difference in IgG, IgA and IgM before chemotherapy between the two groups(P>0.05). IgG, IgA and IgM level in treatment group somewhat increased after treated for two months while it had a tendency to decline in control group. It is suggested that the “Black-withdrawing and Life-prolonging Decoction” has an effect on improving the patients's life quality, prolonging survival time, strengthening general immunologic function and enhancing sensitivity in chemotherapy.
