摘要
本文对7种基体改进剂进行了比较研究,考察了5种酸和火焰原子化条件对锶原子吸收信号的影响,提出用HNO3-H2O2湿法消化、以磺基水扬酸作基体改进剂,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收测定人发中微量锶的方法,回收率964%-1046%,相对标准偏差为13%(n=9)。
The present paper covers the influente of 7 types of matrix mudifier,of 5 types inorganic acid,and of flame atomic condition on absorption signal of strontium in acetylene air flame.A method has been estabilshed for the determination of micro strontium in human hair with HNO3-H2O2 as digestant and sulfosalicylic acid as a matrix mudifier.The recovery is whin the rang 96.4%-104.6%, the relative standard deviation of delemination is 1.3%(n=9)
