摘要
大豆胶粘剂的防腐性能差,需要改性。通过对不同用量的硫酸铜、亚硝酸钠、山梨酸钾、氟化钙、四硼酸钠对大豆胶粘剂防腐性能影响的研究。结果表明,不同品种和用量的防腐剂对豆胶防腐性能的影响不同,硫酸铜对细菌有较好的抑制效果,但对真菌的抑制作用不理想;亚硝酸钠对细菌和真菌均有抑制效果,但需较大用量,成本较高;山梨酸钾和氟化钙抑制真菌效果好,但抑制细菌效果差,且山梨酸钾的成本高于氟化钙;四硼酸钠抗细菌和真菌性能最好,其防腐性能稳定,成本最低,每吨仅增加3.5元,是最为理想的豆胶防腐剂;将硫酸铜与氟化钙以1∶1质量配制成复合防腐剂,防腐效果与四硼酸钠相当,但成本较高。
Soy-based adhesive need modification for poor anti-corrosion properties. The different dosage of preservatives, such as cupric sulfate, sodium nitrite, potassium sorbate, calcium fluoride and 4-sodium-borate which affect on anti-corrosion properties of soy-based adhesive were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the antiseptic properties of soy-based adhesives were affected by different species and dosage of preservatives. Cupric sulfate had better anti-bacterial properties than its anti-fungal properties; sodium nitrite had inhibition on bacterial and fungi, but its dosage and cost were higher; potassium sorbate and calcium fluoride had better anti-fungal properties than its anti-bacterial properties, and the cost of potassium sorbate higher than that of calcium fluoride; 4-sodium-borate was the best in both anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, which testified by verification experiment; the cost of 4-sodium-borate was lower than that of other preservatives, which was only 3.5 Yuan per ton increased in soy-based adhesive, so, the 4-sodium-borate was tile best preservative of soy-based adhesive ; compound preservative was made of calcium fluoride and cupric sulfate mixed with 1:1 mass ratio, whose antiseptic properties were the same as 4-sodium-borate, but its cost higher.
