摘要
目的：通过导管以胃十二指肠动脉为主，胃右动脉为副灌注治疗晚期胃窦癌的研究。材料与方法：采用Seldinger穿刺超选择灌注化疗药物术，对24例不能手术的晚期胃窦癌进行灌注抗癌药物67次。结果；介入膻注治疗后22例临床近期症状明显改善，进食量及体重均有不同程度的增加。钡餐及胃镜复查肿块缩小50％者13例（54．2％），缩小30％者7例（29．3％），1例肿块消失。结论：采用以胃十二指肠动脉为主，胃右动脉为副灌注化疗治疗晚期胃窦癌是一种值得探讨和尝试的有效方法。
Purpose: To study on curing the advanced stage of gastric antrum carcinoma with catheter, perfusing mainlythrough gastroduodenal artery accessory through the right gastric artery. Materials and Methods:To 24 cases of the advanced gas-tric antrum carcinoma which lost chance to operate. We punctnred with Seldinger and ultraselecive per fusion in anticarcinogen 67times. Results: After interventional perfusion, The short-term dinic symptom of 22 cases improve obviously. Eating quantityand weight increase in varying degrees. Through barium contrast radiography of stomach and gastroscope. We found that themasses of 13 cases shrank 50% (54. 2% ), the masses of 7 cases shrank 30% (29. 3%), the mass of 1 case disappeared. Cohclu-sion: It is a effective and valuable method that chemotherapy the advanced stage of gastric antrum carcinoma with perfusion main-ly through gastroduodenal artery, accessory through the Tight gastric artery.
