核电站实物保护系统的量化评估 被引量:9

摘要 在及时探测分析方法的基础上,运用形态学分析方法建立了核电站入侵路径分析模型,开发了用于实物保护系统路径型模型分析评估软件。以麦克阿瑟核能中心假想的入侵事件为例,对实物保护系统的探测、延迟、响应进行定量分析。结果表明,路径性及时探测分析方法可有效找到核电站实物保护系统的薄弱环节,辅助得出系统费-效比相对较高的改进措施,有效评估系统的整体性能。 Based on the prompt detection analysis, this paper introduced one analysis model of intrusion path in nuclear power plant by means of morphology analysis and developed the evaluation software for path model analysis of physical protection system. Quantitative analysis on three elements (detection, delay, and response) of physical protection system was presented with an imaginary intrusionevent example in Mac Arthur nuclear center. The results indicated that the path prompt detection analysis worked effectively to find the weak point of the physical protection system in NPP, and meantime we can also get the high cost-effectiveness improved measures. It is an effective approach to evaluate the overall performance of the system.
