摘要
选用牌号为YG6,YG6X,YT15和YS8四种硬质合金刀具材料,利用电阻炉对刀具材料加热保温,进行刀具材料的抗氧化性能实验。结果表明:氧化实验中,刀具材料表面的WC被部分氧化成WO3;Co元素被氧化成Co3O4,而刀具材料中的TiC非常稳定,在温度达到1300K时才发现其氧化产物TiO2;含有TiC的刀具材料比不含TiC的刀具材料具有更好的抗氧化性能,晶粒小的刀具材料比晶粒粗大的刀具材料有更好的抗氧化性能;四种刀具材料的高温抗氧化性能好坏顺序为:YS8>YT15>YG6X>YG6。
Four kinds of cemented carbide tools (YG6, YG6X, YS8 and YT15) were selected, and using electric stove, the cutting tools were heated and heat-preserved to make oxidation experiment. The results of trial are as follows. In the oxidation experiment, WC that is a component of cutting tools is partially oxidized to WO3, the element of Co is oxidized to Co304. However, TiC is very sta- bile in tool material, when the temperature is up to 1300K, TiO2that is the oxidation of TiC is found. Cutting tool materials which contain TiC have better oxidation resistance than those which don't contain TiC, similarly, tool materials that have smaller grain size often have better oxidation resistance. The oxidation resistance's sequence of four kinds of cutting tools is as follows: YS8〉YT15〉YG6X〉YG6.
