The Relativity Between Elastic Moduli and Cluster Structure of Cu-based Metallic Glasses in Cu-Zr-Al Systems

摘要 利用超声水浸聚焦法测得团簇结构为Cu6Zr5和Cu8Zr5的非晶合金Cu54Zr42.5Al3.5,Cu58.1Zr35.9Al6的纵波及横波声速,基于克理斯托菲尔方程计算得到了上述非晶合金的弹性性能指标,并由此初步分析了弹性性能与合金团簇结构的内在联系,结果表明:两种团簇合金的声速及弹性模量变化规律为:Cu54Zr42.5Al3.5<Cu58.1Zr35.9Al6,且与团簇结构的化学有序度呈一致的变化规律。 The longitudinal and shear ultrasonic velocities of Cu54Zr42.5Al3.5 and Cu58.1Zr35.9Al6 bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) with cluster structures Cu8Zr5 and Cu6Zr5 respectively were measured by water-immersion focusing method. The correlation between the calculated elastic moduli and the micro- structure of BMGs characterized by the chemical short range order of cluster structures was analyzed. The results indicate Zr35.9 Al6, moreover, tures that the regularity of velocities and the elastic moduli is Cu54 Zr42.5 Al3.5〈Cu58.1 the regularity keeps identical with the chemical short range order of cluster structures.
