颧骨增大术的进展

The development of malar augmentation surgery

摘要 颧骨位于面中外侧最突出位置，是面部轮廓的重要组成部分，对面貌美学影响很大。临床上一般认为颧部突起主要由颧骨构成，还应包括上颌骨颧突和颞骨的颧突。颧骨低平的整复目标在于重塑一个接近健侧或高度正常的颧骨。为了增大颧骨体积，不但要重塑颧骨外形曲线，而且要增加颧骨前、外侧高度。根据以上要求，颧骨增大术主要可分为三大类：贴附移植颧骨增高术，颧骨截骨扩展术和牵引成骨术。
