摘要
目的:观察白癜风胶囊配合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:将白癜风患者随机分为3组,治疗组以白癜风胶囊口服配合NB-UVB照射同时进行;对照1组用白癜风胶囊口服配合8-甲氧补骨脂素溶液外用;对照2组白癜风胶囊口服配合8-甲氧补骨脂素溶液外用同时卡介苗提取素注射液肌注。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照1组和对照2组,χ2值分别为11.03和11.49,P<0.05;对照2组疗效优于对照1组(P<0.05)。结论:白癜风胶囊口服配合NB-UVB治疗白癜风疗效好。
To observe the curative effect of Vitiligo treatment with vitiligo oral capsule combined with irradiation of narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB）. Methods Vitiligo patients will be randomly divided into 3 groups as one treatment group and two different control groups. The treatment group will be treated with vitiligo oral capsule combined with NB-UVB irradiation; the control group No.1 with vitiligo oral capsule and 8 - methoxy psoralen topical solution simultaneously; the control group No.2 will be added the intramuscular injection of BCG vaccine extraction on the basis of the treatment of the control group No.1 at the same time. Results Efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than that of control groups No.1 and No.2 with the X2 values are 11.03 and 11.49 （P〈0.05）; the control group No. 2 is more effective than the control group No.1 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of vitiligo oral capsule with NBUVB is good.
