摘要
鲁中地区作为山东省的交通枢纽,发展现代物流业具有优越的先天条件,然而物流业的发展长期未得到重视。由于市场不完全,市场不可能自发的提供物流业发展所需要的全部产品(比如基础设施等),因此政府必须全面整合现有物流资源,加快物流基础设施建设;建立与完善相关的协调机制和中介组织,积极推广信息技术的应用,建立公用性物流信息平台;积极发展第三方物流企业等,将鲁中地区建设成为环渤海经济圈重要的区域物流中心。
The central zone of Shandong Province is well-positioned to congenital conditions. However, its development has been neglected for a long time. Because the market is not complete, the market can not provide all products of the logistics industry needs spontaneously （ such as infrastructure） . Therefore, the Government must fully integrate existing logistics resources and speed up the construction of logistics infrastructure; establish and improve coordination mechanisms and intermediary organizations related, actively promoting the application of information technologies and establishing a common information platform for the logistics ; vigorously develop third-party logistics enterprises and so on. The Central Zone of Shandong Province will be the important regional logistics centre in the Bohai economic circle.
