摘要
中枢性疼痛指由中枢神经系统(CNS)的疾病或损害引起的异常性疼痛,是一种极其痛苦、伴有奇特感觉且覆盖躯体大部分或局限在很小的区域内的疼痛,严重影响患者的的康复和生活质量,甚至导致精神抑郁,给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。目前其治疗方法主要依靠药物治疗,物理治疗,电刺激和手术,每种治疗又各具特点。本文就其现状和进展作一综述,并对各种方法比较其利弊。
Central pain is pain caused by a disease or damage in the central nervous system （CNS） and it is extremely painful, accompanied by strange feeling, covering most of the body or confined to a small region. It also seriously affects the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients, and even leads to depression. For families and society, the patients may be heavy burdens. At present, the treatment methods rely mainly on drug therapy, physical therapy,Electrical stimulation and surgery. Each has its merits. This article reviews the current conditions and advances of treatment, and compares the advantages and disadvantages between different methods.
