摘要
目的：探讨ＭＲＩ在急诊颅脑损伤中的应用价值。材料和方法：选用经ｐｈｉｌｉｐ＇ｓＴ５－ＮＴ０．５ＴｅｓｌａＭＲ扫描检查的１１０例急性颅脑损伤患者。并对其ＭＲ图像进行分析、总结。结果：ＭＲ对急性期脑皮质挫伤、脑内血肿、硬膜外血肿、硬膜下血肿均能明确诊断。结论：急性颅脑损伤具有一定的ＭＲＩ特征性，ＭＲ在急性颅脑损伤的诊断中具有较高的价值。
urpose:To evaluate the value of MRI in diagnosis of acute craniocerebral trauma.Materials and Methods:Using Philips T5-NT 0.5 tesla MR scanner,the authors analysed the MRI features of 110 cases with acute craniocerebral trauma from Mar.to Oct.1997.Results:MRI was good for diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma including cortical contusion,brain hematoma,epidural hematoma and subdural hematoma.Conclusion:The primary traumatic lesions provided characteristic.features on MRI and thus played an important role in diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma.
