摘要
本文采用三维有限元法建立胸腰椎脊柱活动节段的三维有限元模型。模型有377个节点,共组成449个单元。包括椎体、椎间盘、后部结构以及韧带等部分,并对模型的有效性进行了考核,结果基本一致。作者认为,该模型对研究在不同载荷下胸腰椎脊柱应力分布及力学特性具有一定的临床意义。
It is reported in this article that the three - dimension finite element model of thoracolumbar vertebral spine motion segment was developed with the three - dimension finite element method. It composed of 377nodes and 499 elements which include vertebraes,annulus,posterior structure.,ligaments and so on. Effective of the model was tested. The result show identical. It is considered that the model provide certain clinical meaning to research stress distribution and machanical characteristic of thoracolumbar vertebral spine under different loads.
