摘要
给出了带表皮系数的油井水平井基本产能公式的统一形式。将防砂水平井中流体由远处地层到井筒内的所经区域划分为管外环形带、射孔压实带、射孔孔眼充填带、管内充填带等几个区域,可以用上述区域的特定组合来表达目前水平井防砂前后的渗流阻力区域。根据所假设的物理模型,重新推导了上述各区域的层流和紊流压降及表皮系数的计算方法,并给出了水平井不同防砂方式下总表皮系数和产能比的计算模型。该模型能够用于任何防砂方法的全部渗流区域的表皮系数分析及产能比预测。通过实例分析了各渗流阻力区表皮系数的相对大小,研究了射孔参数、充填渗透率等对防砂水平井产能的影响规律,并提出了提高防砂产能比的基本途径。
This paper gives a unified form of basic productivity formula for horizontal oil wells with skin factor. Areas where the fluid in sand control horizontal wells from far formation to wellbore passes through is divided into several areas, including circular zone outside tube, perforation compaction zone, perforation hole filling zone and inner tube filling zone. Current fihrational resistance areas after horizontal well sand control can be expressed with a particular combination of these zones. Based on assumed physical model, laminar and turbulent pressure drop in the above zones and calculation methods for skin factor are re-derived, and a model used for calculating total skin factor and productivity ratio of horizontal wells with different sand control methods is given. The model can be used for skin factor analysis and productivity prediction of all fihrational zones with any sand control methods. Through examples relative magnitude of skin factor in every filtrational zone is analyzed, effect of perforation parameters and filling permeability on productivity of sand control horizontal wells are studied, and a basic way of raising productivity ratio of sand control is proposed.
