摘要
核心竞争力是地铁企业长远发展所应关注的要素之一。运用价值链分析这一战略管理工具,对地铁企业的价值活动进行分类和识别,并对各价值活动间的联系以及地铁企业创造的价值进行深入分析。在此基础上,界定了地铁企业核心竞争力的主要内容,提出了培养地铁企业核心竞争力的措施建议。
The core competitiveness is one of the key factors that subway enterprises should pay much attention to in their development. By using a strategy management tool in the value chain analysis, this the value activities of subway paper classifies and identifies enterprises, then analyses the relations between the value activities and the benefits which the subway enterprises create. Finally, this paper advances the major contents of the subway enterprise's core compet-itiveness,and the measures to cultivate the core competi-tiveness of subwav enterprises.
