摘要
静态性能和动态性能是评价滚削测力系统的重要指标。本文介绍滚削测力系统静态性能和动态性能的检定方法。检定结果表明,所研制的滚削测力系统的各项静、动态性能指标已达到国际上规定的指标,可用于滚削力的测量与分析。
Static and dynamix charateristics are the most significant evaluation indices for a hobbing force system. This paper introduced the static and dynamic examinations of a hobbing force system used for hobb lathes. The results show that some indices of the hobbing force system have reached the C1RP Interational Standard for static and dynamic charcteritics. It can be used for examination and analysis of dynamic gear hobbing force.
