摘要
目的:总结留置针接负压吸引治疗头皮血肿的临床效果。方法:分析43例病人的手术方式、治疗机理及优缺点。结果:43例全部治愈,无继发出血、感染。结论:留置针接负压吸引治疗头皮血肿是一种创伤小、安全、有效的手术。
Objective：To summarize clinical result of vacuum aspiration with indwelling needlle in the treatment of scalp hematoma. Methods ：43 cases were retrospectively analyzed, it included the style of operation, the therapeutic mechanism and operative benefit. Results：All of the 43cases were cured, none of them had further hemorrhage and infection. Conclusion：It is a simple ,safe,effective and litter injury therapeutic method.
