摘要
目的：探讨髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间、髁上骨折的疗效。方法：回顾性分析2003年1月至2008年1月髁支持钢板内固定治疗股骨髁间、髁上骨折24例。结果：随访7～38个月，7—13个月全部愈合，膝关节功能恢复良好，采用Merchan提出的功能评定标准：优10例，良10例，中2例，差2例，优良率83．3％。结论：采用髁支持钢板治疗股骨髁间髁上骨折，固定牢靠，膝关节功能恢复好，是股骨髁间髁上骨折的理想选择。
Objective：To evaluate the advantages of condylar buttress plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures. Methods： From Jan. 2003 to Jan. 2008,24 cases with femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures were treated with condylar buttress plate. Results：24 cases were followed up for 7 -38 months. All fractures healed in 7 - 13 months. The knees function recovered well. According to Merchan standard, the results were excellent in 10cases,good in 10, fair in 2,and poor in 2. The excellent and good rate was 83.3%. Conclusion： Condylar buttress plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fractures can provide rigid fixation and satisfactory knee function recovery, which is optimal for supracondylar and intercondylar fractures.
