摘要
近年来,我国旧建筑物已达到相当规模。为减少盲目地选择拆除或不加科学决策的维修改造造成的浪费,必须对旧建筑物结构安全性进行评定。文中在对旧建筑物结构安全性评定聚类指标研究的基础上,建立了结构安全性评定等级聚类灰数的白化权函数,进而应用灰色聚类方法对某旧建筑物结构安全性进行了评定。结果表明该方法简单实用,能为旧建筑物维修改造决策提供科学依据,是一种对旧建筑物结构安全性评定方法有益的探索,对建筑业乃至社会的和谐发展都具有重大意义。
China's old buildings have reached a considerable scale in recent years. To reduce the waste of blindly choose to remove or the unscientific decision-making to repair, we must carry out the appraisal of the structure of the old buildings for safety identification. Based on the study of the old building safety identified clustering indicators, we establish the whitening power function of security classification clustering gray number, then use the gray clustering method to appraise the structure security of old buildings. The results show that the method is simple and practical, which can provide a scientific basis to decision-making for the maintenance and renovation of old buildings. It is of great significance to the construction industry and the harmonious development of community.
