摘要
本文对钻削过程中的热电测量方法进行了试验研究。通过试验得出了适于在普通钻床上使用的、简便可靠的热电测量方法。对钻削过程中的一些热电现象进行了探讨。得出了钻削中的热电势与钻削速度、进给量、钻削深度以及钻孔数之间的关系。
In this paper, the measurement of the thermal e. m. f. in drilling process is investigated and tested. The simple and reliable method to measure the thermal e. m. f. on drilling machines is presented. This method was used in the experiment to survey the thermoelec-phenomena in drilling process, and the relationships of thermal e. m. f. with cutting speed, feed rate, depth of drilling and number of drilled holes have been got.
