腹膜外腹腔镜下根治性前列腺癌切除2例 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨经腹膜外途径腹腔镜下前列腺根治性切除术在治疗前列腺癌中的临床价值。方法2006年11月和2007年4月采用腹膜外腹腔镜下实施前列腺根治性切除2例。结果2例手术均顺利完成,手术时间215、265 min,术中出血100、600 ml,术后3 d拔引流管,10 d、14 d拔导尿管,无尿失禁。结论腹膜外腹腔镜下实施前列腺根治性切除是可行的,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。
