An Approximate Green’s Function Method for Comoutaion of Distributed Capacitance Matrix of Multiconductor Transmission Lines

摘要 本文提出了一种计算多层介质多导体互连线系统分布电容、分布电感矩阵的简单有效的方法.本方法能适用于横截面形状为矩形或无限簿的多导体系统.主要是利用谱域格林函数直接求出空域格林函数的近似表达式,采用一定的加速方法后,在保持必要的计算精度的基础上能明显提高计算速度,计算结果与文献符合得很好. A simplified efficient method for computing the distributed capacitance and inductance matri ces of multiconductor lines in multiayered dielectrics is delivered in thes paper.The conductors used may be ei ther finite or infinitsimal thickness.The key of this method is computing the approximate space-domain Green's function of the multilayered media by means of spectral-domain Green's function and using certain accelerating algorithm.Thus,the fast computing speed and sufficient accuracy can be obtained.The results from this method agree well with the references.
