摘要
本文应用微机数据采集分析系统,根据电路暂态过程性质,测量可控硅整流弧焊机输出电感器的非线性电感值,并利用数理统计方法,首次给出电感值与电流关系的数学模型。进行理论计算得到的计算值与实测数据进行比较,其结果是令人满意的,这将为研究和设计焊机提供依据。
Based on the character of circuit's transent state, a micro computer's data acquisition and analysis system is used to measure. non-Linear inductance of output inductor of arc wdlding machine of controlled silicon rectifier in the paper. The mathematical model on the relationship of inductance and electric current is for the first time given by applying mathematical statistics, the result by calculating is theoretically satisfaetory in comparison with the experiment data.
