光动力学治疗脉络膜新生血管的护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的总结光动力学治疗脉络膜新生血管的护理。方法对493例采用光动力学治疗脉络膜新生血管患者的护理要点进行分析。结果493例患者中,5例患者输液时发生一过性背痛;1例患者发生关节活动障碍,3个月后恢复正常;1例患者黄斑区出血,短期内吸收;其余患者无明显局部、全身不适和光过敏不良反应,顺利完成光动力学治疗。结论光动力学治疗脉络膜新生血管是安全有效的,能保存或提高患者视力。
