摘要
通过对影响房地产项目投资因素的分析,以分阶段投资控制的技术手段及要素控制的行政管理方法为主线,结合从事房地产开发成本控制经验,以使房地产开发项目投资得到有效控制,从而获得更大的社会效益和经济效益。
According to the analysis of the factors which affect the investment of the real estate progranks, the paper indicates to make the technological measure of the investment control and the administrative management behavior of the element control by stages as the main line, so as to have an effective control of the investment in the developmental program of the real estate and to obtain more social and economic benefits by combining with the experiences of the costs control in the real estate development.
