摘要
本文研制了一套高温变形快速冷却装置。该装置能够在任意预定的应变量、应变速率及变形温度下,进行高温变形的快速冷却取样,冷却滞后时间Δt<2s,为用静态方法观察金属高温变形中的动态显微组织变化过程提供了一种可靠的实验手段。
A fast-cooing device for the deformation test of metal under elevated temperature was presented in this paper. The deformed sample can be taken out with fast speed from this device at any predetermined strain, strain rate and temperature condition. The detained time is 2 seconds only.This device can be used as a suitable experimental apparatus for investigation the dynamic structure evolution of metallic materials at elevated temperature.
