后柱钢板结合前柱髓内螺钉固定治疗髋臼骨折 被引量:5

摘要 髋臼骨折目前多采用钢板固定,髋臼前柱钢板是沿着髋臼前柱表面放置,由于该处毗邻盆腔和闭孔区域,损伤周围重要结构的概率比较大。Mears等、Letournel等首先提出髋臼前柱顺行螺钉概念,Routt等报告X线透视引导下耻骨髓内螺钉治疗不稳定耻骨上支骨折。髋臼前柱髓内固定属于中心性固定,生物力学稳定性高,创伤小,取出方便,但要求的技术也高。由于髋臼独特的解剖学特点和不规则性,髓内螺钉易损伤附近的神经血管,或误入盆腔和髋关节,限制了该技术的应用。
