COPD患者肺侵袭性真菌感染23例临床研究

摘要 近年来肺侵袭性真菌感染（invasive fungal infection，IFI）的发生率呈上升趋势，并且其病原菌的流行病学也发生了显著改变，由于IFI诊断困难，治疗机会不易把握，患者病死率高，已成为困扰临床的一大难题。笔者通过对2003年10月-2006年10月我院呼吸科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并肺IFI的23例患者进行回顾性分析，以探讨其临床特点和诊疗措施。
