摘要
采用乙醇溶液浸渍法将氯化镁担载于粗孔硅胶上,通过焙烧使氯化镁在粗孔硅胶载体表面分散制备MgCl2/SiO2氨复合吸附剂,研究了焙烧温度和担载量对氯化镁在粗孔硅胶上的单层分散及其氨吸附量的影响。研究结果表明较佳工艺条件为:焙烧温度250℃,担载量0.4 g/g,该吸附剂在35℃和高于0.20 MPa的吸附条件下有着较好的氨吸附量。
Magnesium chloride was loaded onto silochrom by ethanol solution impregnation, and the composite systems of MgCl2/ siloehromwas prepared by the way of roasting to put magnesium chloride dis- perse on the surface of silochrom. The effect of roasting temperature and loading for the monolayer dispersion of magnesium chloride on silochrom and the capacity of ammonia adsorption were also measured. The researches indicated the appropriate processing conditions as follow, roasting temperature was 250℃ and loading was 0. 4 g/g, and the sorbent had a better capacity of ammonia adsorption under the conditions of 35 ℃ and more than 0. 25 MPa.
